This large open-concept loft space is the home of BSAF Art Gallery, an international arts & cultural center in the heart of Midtown in New York City. It is less than a 10 minute walk from Bryant Park, Times Square, and Penn Station. The total rental space is 3,800 square feet, making it the perfect space for art exhibitions, pop-up shops, fashion shows, photo shoots, arts and music events, private parties, product release events, corporate gatherings, workshops, and more.

Accessed by elevator, the space is located on the 14th floor of the historic art deco Nelson Building, constructed in 1931 as the then-tallest skyscraper in the Garment District. The space sports large glass windows that allow plenty of natural light to shine through during the daytime and offer a pleasant view of the Garment District. The interior of the space has blank white walls, wood flooring and is equipped with a professional art installation system and gallery lighting. In the back, there is a dual-stall restroom and prep kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and microwave.

Outside food and beverage catering (including alcohol) is allowed in the space. Live music is also permitted.
