Accessed by elevator, the space is located on the 14th floor of the historic art deco Nelson Building, constructed in 1931 as the then-tallest skyscraper in the Garment District. The space sports large glass windows that allow plenty of natural light to shine through during the daytime and offer a pleasant view of the Garment District. The interior of the space has blank white walls, wood flooring and is equipped with a professional art installation system and gallery lighting. In the back, there is a dual-stall restroom and prep kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and microwave.
Outside food and beverage catering (including alcohol) is allowed in the space. Live music is also permitted.

House rules
No smoking inside the venue. Outside food and beverage catering, including alcohol, is allowed. No more than 200 guests at a time. Renters are responsible for actions of their guests and vendors. Renters are responsible for set up and break down. Use of the kitchen and cooking is permitted. No open flames. A down deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to reserve bookings. There is a required cleaning fee of $250.
