This unit is right off of Germantown Avenue near bustling Broad Street. The building is secured so you would have to let your guests in but it makes a great private space for your pop-up shop. There is a bathroom located outside of the unit. It's on the lower level of the building so it is pretty quiet. Feel free to turn on the music with our included Bluetooth speaker. There is an office where you can sit and relax while your customers' shop and a comfortable sofa set for extra guests while they wait. There is a free parking lot attached to the building. There are vending machines as you enter the building's rustic interior. Home to recording studios, clothing stores, and more small businesses.
