Some house rules! Anything else, we're happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-smoking space.
- Some pets allowed upon approval.
- Please allow for time to restore the space to original state before vacating, and keep in mind that all rental times should account for setup, teardown and restoration.
- Some furniture and decor in the studio may be used by guests only upon approval of host.
- Outside food is permitted, but please note that we are not able to provide any catering supplies or support.
- All trash generated during booking should be disposed of properly. We'll leave a large trash bag and a recycling bag for your use as a courtesy. Any and all trash should be tied and secured and left in the studio and we will take care of it at end of day.
- Please keep in mind that the bathroom, hallways, downstairs lobby and loading dock are all shared communal spaces with our fellow residents, so please be mindful of equipment, any crew activity and supplies throughout your booking.
- PLEASE NOTE: We do not give out a set of keys or provide the building access code, for safety reasons. Rest assured, someone will be available to let you in and ensure your team has access to the space.
