Unique Waterfront Event Space in Long Island

Our venue is a spacious warehouse / gallery space on the Long Island City waterfront. The stunning views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from this 5500+ square-foot, 30-foot high, year-round event space make it ideal for corporate functions, networking events, weddings and other social gatherings, film and photo shoots, art exhibitions and fashion events.

Venue capacity is 350 seated / 450 cocktails / 250-270 for wedding with ceremony, cocktails and reception on site. Larger events are possible by tenting dockside terrace between late October and April, or by obtaining a city permit for the use of the public pier at the end of 44th Drive for the ceremony to complement use of the venue for cocktails and reception.

Standard hours of access are 9am-3am for afternoon/evening events, with event end/guests departing by 12am. Hours may be adjusted for daytime events and setup/breakdown days. Requests for access to the venue outside of contracted hours are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. SRS staff are on site throughout hours of access.

Independent vendors provide all goods and services. Vendors working on site must submit valid COIs that meet SRS requirements (delivery/pickup exempt). Street parking is best on evenings and weekends. City permits may be obtained to reserve street parking. North side of 44th Drive is public parking; south side is all private.
